About the Program
Leadership League™ serves as the leadership engine within the SUCCEED Academy™ framework, equipping Boys & Girls Clubs with a structured system for cultivating scholar voice, responsibility, and service across grades 6–12.
Through structured roles, team-based leadership, and shared accountability, scholars actively practice leadership within Boys & Girls Clubs. Scholars are organized into leagues that foster collaboration, ownership, and pride while reinforcing SUCCEED’s expectations for excellence, conduct, and contribution.
Leadership League™ creates consistent opportunities for scholars to lead with integrity, support their peers, and uphold the culture of excellence across all SUCCEED experiences.
