SUCCEED™ is an HBCU-inspired culture experience reimagined for grades 3-12, helping students see themselves as scholars long before college.
Rooted in the traditions, pride, and excellence of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), SUCCEED shapes identity, belonging, and leadership through a comprehensive scholar development framework.
Delivered through licensed partnerships with Boys & Girls Clubs and youth-serving organizations, SUCCEED equips afterschool environments to embed HBCU-inspired culture, high expectations, and leadership into the daily scholar experience.
Our flagship framework, SUCCEED Academy™, includes Leadership League™, a six-week, staff-led leadership experience designed specifically for afterschool implementation within Boys & Girls Clubs and youth-serving organizations., grounded in the six SUCCEED pillars: Scholars, Upholding, Community, Culture, Educational Excellence, and Distinction.
